About these terms

This website is run by Checkpoint Gaming, 321 N Main St, Clinton, TN 37716. By using the site you accept what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use it. There are no accounts to create here and nothing to buy, so this is short.

What this site is

It is an information site for our shop. It tells you what we sell, what is running, when we are open and how to reach us. We keep it accurate and we update it, but details change, sometimes at short notice.

• Events, times and formats can change or be cancelled, especially around a big release. Call the shop before you drive out for something specific.
• A seat is not booked until we say it is. Sending the sign-up form starts a conversation, it does not reserve a place at a table.
• Prices, stock and trade-in values are not quoted on this site. Singles pricing lives on our TCGplayer store, and trade-in offers are made in the shop, in person, based on condition and what we need at the time.

Checkpoint Gaming is an independent game store. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official partner of any game publisher.

Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast. Pokémon is a trademark of The Pokémon Company. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a trademark of Konami. Disney Lorcana is a trademark of Disney and Ravensburger. Star Wars Unlimited is a trademark of Lucasfilm and Fantasy Flight Games. One Piece Card Game is a trademark of Bandai. Dungeons & Dragons is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast. All other game, product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners, and are used here only to say honestly which games we stock and run.

We link out to TCGplayer, Facebook and Google. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's service, under their terms and their privacy policy, not ours. We are not responsible for what they do.

Using the site

Please do not try to break into it, overload it, scrape it wholesale, or use the forms to send anything unlawful or abusive. The design, text, photographs and logo on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are not for reuse without asking.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available, error free, or completely up to date, and we do not promise the information on it is free of mistakes. Check anything that matters with us directly before relying on it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Checkpoint Gaming is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from information on it being out of date or unavailable. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited. This does not affect your rights as a consumer for goods and services you buy from us in the shop.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and the courts of Anderson County, Tennessee will hear any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update this page. The effective date at the top tells you which version is current.
